Our Health Safety and Environment Policy

Commitment
Our commitment is to provide all staff, contractors, customers and visitors the highest level of personal and environmental safety. Northline will institute through proper management, effective policies and procedures which have a clear aim in achieving zero harm to all people involved with Northline's daily activities. Northline will seek to continually improve our Health and Safety strategies through close management of our performance and targets.

Environment
Northline cares for the Environment and will seek to monitor and efficiently use all energy resources. We are committed to the prevention of environmental pollution through proper management programs.

Responsibility
The responsibility for a safe workplace rests with each one of us. Northline management will consult with all parties, in particular, staff and contractors in decisions that effect workplace health and safety.

Community
Ensuring our continuance in being a good corporate citizen is a key pillar of Northline's values. Northline respects the needs, heritage and cultural values of local people we come into contact with.

Actions
Northline will achieve compliance with all applicable health and safety legislative requirements.

In order to achieve our safety goals we will set measurable safety objectives and targets. All Managers, Supervisors, Employees and Contractors will receive the appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision they need to safely carry out their responsibilities. We will identify risks, while accidents and near misses will be properly recorded and reported. We will openly communicate our OH&S progress and performance.

Northline will maintain a positive and consultative relationship with our customers, contractors, regulators and stakeholders, in order to build relationships that grow our safety culture together.
