::: Northline Completes Sydney Property Deal :::

Looking to the future, Northline has finalised an agreement with ING for the development of a major transport and contract logistics facility at Rosehill.

Due for completion in December 2006, the 20,000 sq/m facility brings under one roof Northline's freight and contract logistics business in this key market.

This is part of Northline's $60 million re-engineering of its facilities Australia wide, to establish a national network of integrated distribution centres.
