$60,000 raised for Camp Quality in 2013

Our employees have raised $60,000 for Camp Quality last year with the majority raised through a series of Family Fun Days held across the country to mark 30 years of the company.

Northline chief executive officer, Craige Whitton said raising money for Camp Quality was a worthwhile and fitting way to celebrate 30 years of Northline.

“We’re very proud of the teams in our capital city depots for their enthusiasm and hard work in putting the Family Fun Days together, said Mr Whitton.

“We also received some very valuable support from our customers and suppliers.”

Camp Quality is an outstanding charity that supports over 5,000 Australian families with a child living with cancer each year by providing them with valuable support during a very challenging period.

The funds raised by Northline will be used by Camp Quality to support 12 families for a year while their child is receiving active treatment, send three children to a Camp Quality camp and provide play therapy sessions in hospitals.

Northline believes in giving back to the communities in which we do business and this is achieved by supporting children’s health, sport and arts programs.
