Annual Northline Awards Dinner

On August 13, the Annual Northline Awards Dinner was held at The Playford in Adelaide with 70 people in attendance. The first round of Awards for the evening was based on recognising the outstanding work of our sales force. These recognition awards were voted by their peers and the categories were: Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Manager and Branch Manager. This then culminated in the Branch of The Year Award, which went to Perth.

Also invited to enjoy the evening were our Employee of the Quarter winners who all had the chance to be announced as Employee of the Year 2014/2015. 14 of the 17 finalists from around the country were in attendance and the 5 Value Awards were announced and presented by Craige Whitton. The final Award for the evening was the Employee of the Year which went to a very deserving Danijela Stjepic. The full list of Award winners are below.

Division Awards 2014/2015

There were 4 awards presented to recognise the positive contribution of certain members to their teams and to Northline as voted by their peers. A fifth award was given to a branch for their outstanding achievement throughout the year. This award is judged on how the branch worked as a team to achieve a common goal.

Business Development Executive Recognition Award – Alen Usanovic from Melbourne

Account Manager Recognition Award – Danijela Stjepic from Sydney

Sales Manager Recognition Award – Peter Handel from Sydney

Branch Manager Recognition Award – Kerry Noyes from Brisbane

Branch Recognition Award – Perth Branch

The Perth branch strongly displays the Northline family values and provides a high level of teamwork supporting our National branch network while going the extra mile to delight our customers.

The challenge is on now for the other branches to knock off the Perth branch from being at the top of the ladder!
