Developing future leaders

Northline has commenced recruiting the next generation of candidates for its Future Leaders Program to develop the leadership talent required for the ongoing success of the company.

The comprehensive Program, which has been in operation since 1999, has been designed for graduates and cadets to grow within the company and be introduced to a wide range of disciplines within the business, from sales to operations and marketing to finance.

The Program has two entry points – either as a Graduate with applicants required to be in the final stages or having completed a university level qualification or a Cadet with applicants required to have a short term career history and currently in an entry level role within an associated field or industry.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate their abilities as a skilled communicator, lateral thinker, problem solver and an ability to work within a team.

Since its inception, the Program has employed more than 20 Graduates and Cadets with many going onto take up senior roles within the company.

One of the first graduates of the Program, Mia Caldwell celebrated 15 years at Northline in March, and she has forged a career within the company that now sees her in the role of as National Sales Coordinator.
