Read moreNorthline held its Annual Awards Ceremony on 28 August, recognising the exceptional efforts and achievements of the people across the business.
It is Northline’s great pleasure to announce that Jess Power (Adelaide) has been named Northline’s 2025/2026 Employee of the Year. Originally recognised as Sales Person of the Quarter for January – March 2026, Jess was selected from 19 quarterly award winners to receive the prestigious Employee of the Year title.

Jess joined Northline in September 2011 as an Operations Administrator in Darwin. After relocating to Adelaide in 2012, she joined the Client Services Team at the Service Centre and has since built an impressive career across several areas of the business. Her journey has included roles in the Specialised Quoting Team starting in 2013, Internal Accounts between 2015 and 2019, before being promoted to Account Manager. She was then appointed her current position of Major Account Manager in December 2023.
Northline is also proud to recognise the winners of its Value Awards, which reflect the core principles of the business and culture. Congratulations to Emma McLean (Sydney) for Connected, Rabi Katoua (Melbourne) for Integrity, Jess Power for Customer Delight, Neil Stephens (Brisbane) for Safety and Jack Fenner (Melbourne) for Innovation.





This year’s Chairman’s Award was presented to National Major Account Manager, Anthony Stenos in recognition of his dedication and commitment to Northline. The Branch of the Year for 2025/2026 was awarded to our Melbourne team. Northline extends congratulations to Branch Manager, Paul Richardson and his entire team for their dedication and performance.
