Northline held its Annual Awards Ceremony on 5 September, recognising the exceptional efforts and achievements of the people across the business.
It is Northline’s great pleasure to announce that Connor Weste has been named Northline’s 2024/2025 Employee of the Year. Connor was first recognised as Sales Person of the Quarter for the January to March quarter and, from among 21 quarterly winners, was selected for this significant award.

Since joining Northline in March 2020 as an Administration Support Officer, Connor has continued to grow within the business, progressing to Integration Specialist in 2021, Account Manager in 2023 and most recently Account Manager Supervisor in 2024.
Northline is also proud to recognise the winners of its Value Awards, which reflect the core principles of the business and culture. Congratulations to Raghav Gupta for Innovation, Terry Everett for Integrity, Charles D’Sylva for Connected, Dylan Fisher for Safety and Anna Crugnale for Customer Delight.

This year’s Chairman’s Award was presented to Nathan Ferguson in recognition of his outstanding contribution, and the Branch of the Year for 2024/2025 was awarded to our Townsville team. Northline extends warm congratulations to Branch Manager, Laura Gould and her entire team for their dedication and performance.
