    And the winners are…

A big congratulations to this year’s winners at the recent Northline Annual Awards Night. Employees from across Australia came together to celebrate their outstanding efforts and dedication to Northline and its customers.

Throughout the year, employees nominate colleagues under Northline’s organisational values of Integrity, Connected, Customer Delight, Innovation and Safety.

The winners throughout the year are then eligible to be awarded Employee of the Year at the Annual Awards Night.

This year’s Employee of the Year Award went to Brisbane’s Karen Papalii (pictured with Northline CEO).

Karen started at Northline in 2010 as an Operations Administrator. Throughout her 9 years she gained experience in different areas of the business. Recently, Karen was appointed to the role of Business Development Executive. Her attitude and honesty are highly valued by customers and colleagues alike.

Other award winners included the Chairman’s Award 2018/2019 that went to National Commercial Manager Angelo Carbone and Branch Recognition Award 2018/2019 that went to Alice Springs for the second year in a row.

The Employee of the Quarter Value Award winners were Daryl Byrd (Integrity), Brett Stanlake (Connected), Michael Palma (Innovation), Karen Papalii (Customer Delight) and George Salloum (Safety).

The evening also saw participants in our Future Leaders Program officially graduate and take up permanent roles within the company. Graduates were Rebecca Percy, Anthony Fragomeni, Zach Hondrou, Ryan Marini and Lee-Anna Bartkowski.
