Last month, Northline held its annual employee awards. Sydney-based National Major Account Manager Karen Browne taking out a well-deserved Employee of the Year award.
Karen joined Northline in 2017 as a Major Account Manager. With her strong performance and commitment to Northline’s customers leading to her being appointed to the National role. Karen then join Northline’s Leadership Team in February.
Her annual award follows picking up a quarterly award for her ongoing consistent support of her peers with training and supporting management with meetings and reports, while managing her own heavy portfolio work.
Other award winners included National Administration Manager Glenn Howson, who picked up the Chairman’s Award and Brisbane for Branch of Year – congratulations to Glenn, and State Manager, Queensland Scott Dillon and the whole Brisbane team.
The Employee Value Award winners were AM Fleet Allocator (Melbourne) Daryl Byrd for Integrity, Rail & Road Linehaul Coordinator (Melbourne) Nathan Varagic for Connected, Forklift Operator (Melbourne) Jacob Gamble for Safety, IFM Operations and Administration Supervisor (Melbourne) Leyla Annear for Customer Delight and National Major Account Manager (Sydney) Karen Browne for Innovation.
The ceremony also saw participants of Northline’s Graduate Program 2020 graduate in front of their colleagues. Congratulations to Gary Addison and Samuel Denton who now have permanent roles within the business. Gary is Depot Manager, Townsville and Sam is Business Development Manager in Adelaide.
