Connecting the Territory with the World

Northline was founded to provide specialised freight services to customers in the Northern Territory and connect them to the rest of Australia.

As a transport and logistics operator that started to service the whole of northern Australia 38 years ago, the Northern Territory forms an important part of our history and remains integral to our business’s operations.

Today, we operate a national and international business, but the Northern Territory remains our spiritual home. We now not only connect Darwin to the rest of Australia, but also connect Darwin and the Territory’s remote communities with the world.

Northline Chief Executive Officer, Craige Whitton said our experienced local team has built a reputation for finding solutions that support the growth and prosperity of our customers’ businesses through efficient and cost-effective freight management.

Recently, Northline expanded its Darwin sales team with Vanessa Morgan joining the business in December 2020 and Nathan Foreman who started with Northline 7 years ago in operations has moved into the sales team.

We also have a proud history of supporting the community in the Territory with sponsorship and support of local community groups which include the National Road Transport Hall of Fame, Walk a While Foundation, NT Minnows and Darwin Sailing Club.
