Introducing Rachel Paz, Northline’s New Customer Service Manager

Northline is delighted to announce that Rachel Paz has joined the business as Customer Service Manager.

Rachel has worked in an array of industries from government to manufacturing, within a range of customer service and sales based roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge to Northline’s Customer Service Centre.

With her skills and expertise, Rachel plans to ensure the team continues to be well supported, highly trained and have clear development plans in place.

“Over the next few months, we will be running multiple upskill sessions in all facets of the role, from effective communication to system tips and best practice ways of working.

We want to put the Customer at the centre of everything we do so we can fulfil our goal of being industry leaders in Customer Service. Our people are paramount to us achieving this.”

Coming from a strong customer facing background, with over 20 years experience, Rachel was attracted to the role at Northline for a number of reasons.

“I wanted to work somewhere with more of a family feel and strong values that align with my own.

I love that there is so much emphasis on progression and development and seeing the passion people demonstrate when talking about their roles and time at Northline “

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys being a soccer mum with her 10 year old son and husband being very active within their local soccer club. Rachel also loves spending time with friends and family visiting South Australia’s many beautiful wine regions.
