Introducing Steve Brogan, Northline’s Business Development Manager for International

Northline is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Brogan as IFM Business Development Manager, based in Melbourne.

Steve has over 30 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry, bringing a wealth of experience in Sales and Operations.

Steve says that he was attracted to the role because Northline is a family business, “Even though Northline is a fairly large business, it’s still a family business and I think that’s important in the way they treat their employees, you aren’t just another cog in the wheel”.

When Steve isn’t learning the ins and outs of the business, he has been training and preparing to undertake a climb that’s not for the faint-hearted…Mount Everest’s Base Camp, which he will be doing in April 2024.

With his training regime alone, Steve has had to push himself to his limits, learning more about patience, resilience, and motivation – which he plans to carry through his career. “It’s not just about conquering the mountain; it’s about conquering your mind”, says Steve.
