Northline awarded at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ 2023 Carrier Awards
Congratulations to Northline Darwin Driver Michael Roberts and Northline’s Alice Springs depot, who were recently recognised and awarded for their efforts and agile approach by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) at their 2023 Carrier Awards.
Michael Roberts took home the NT Driver of the Year Award for his unique role in delivering directly to Coles and Woolworths across Darwin and taking pride in doing an exceptional job. Michael was nominated for his unbelievable customer service, insights, and instinct. On several occasions throughout 2022, Michael identified incorrect forecasting of orders across public holidays and weekends. Michael communicated these instances urgently and efficiently, allowing CCEP’s team to pull forward additional stock to support their customers in peak volume periods. Michael’s can-do attitude and passion for going above and beyond ensures he represents Northline and CCEP in a positive light.
The Partner Carrier of the Year Award – NT was proudly awarded to Northline’s Alice Springs depot, with CCEP making special mention to Northline Branch Manager, Michael McKee, saying he is “the epitome of what commitment to service is”. The depot was nominated for its exceptional delivery services across CCEP’s NT delivery areas and for navigating the many challenges faced in 2022 due to flooding in SA that prevented and limited delivery options into the NT.
Northline was also nominated for Account Collaboration for the team’s dedication and for providing exceptional account management services.
