Work underway on $30 million Perth distribution centre

Work is well underway on our new $30 million Perth distribution centre and is set to open next month.

Located at 84 Logistics Boulevard, Kenwick, the facility will facilitate B-Double and road train movements. The distribution centre will occupy a 30,000sqm site with 19,525sqm under cover including 11,000sqm of warehousing.

Our new location offers improved road-rail connectivity, an increasingly important part of Northline’s business in Western Australia.

Located in Perth’s south-eastern suburbs, it will provide us with easy access to both the Roe and Tonkin Highways, while still being only a few minutes from Perth Airport and the Kewdale Freight Terminal.

Northline Chief Executive Officer Craige Whitton said Perth is an important market for Northline for servicing its national customers and assisting them to better service their customers throughout Western Australia.

“Northline provides an unrivalled delivery schedule from Western Australia to Adelaide, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Western Australia regional areas are serviced daily by the Northline’s Perth-wide road-based network, said Mr Whitton.

We’re seeing increasing demand for warehousing space within our facilities. The new Perth facility boasts warehousing space with modern high bay racking, along with a wash bay and container servicing area.

The new distribution centre will be located at 84 Logistics Boulevard, Kenwick, WA  6107.
