A message from Craige Whitton, Chief Executive Officer

This month, Northline celebrates 38 years of serving our valued customers, forging strong industry and community relationships and giving people opportunities to develop their careers with us.

We hope that our 38th year won’t be as challenging as our 37th was for many of our customers, but rest assured that Northline will continue to be at your side every step of the way.

Despite COVID, we are proud to have continued operations without interruption over the past 12 months to support our customer. While some adaptions have been necessary, we have been able to maintain continuity.

As Australia’s Global Logistics People, Northline has always been about investing in our team and empowering them to support our customers with a personalised service.

This year, Northline has continued that investment in people by recruiting two new graduates to our Graduate Program.

Welcome to Joseph Capozza and Darryl Meller!

They have both started the Graduate Program in Customer Service. They will then work in tailored rotations across the business as part of the program including Operations, Branch Administration, Warehousing & Distribution, Sales, Human Resources and Finance.

The Northline Graduate Program gives graduates valuable experience in both our supply chain and support functions. This provides graduates with a first-class learning and development opportunity, exposure to the leadership team and an authentic work experience that contributes to their and our business success.

The dual success is illustrated by last year’s graduates Sam Denton and Gary Addison, who have now taken up roles at Northline. Sam has joined the External Sales team as Account Manager in Adelaide, while Gary has been awarded the role of Depot Manager in Townsville.

    Congratulations to you both.
