Northline has been working hard on developing our new and improved customer portal which will be called Connect.
We are excited to announce that we are in the final stages of testing before its release.
Connect provides customers with a range of features that allows for improved functionality and an enhanced user experience.
Customers will be able to create a consignment, organise a pick up, track the status of an individual or all deliveries, obtain a quote and get a quick estimate.
All bookings and pick ups are made in real time, eliminating any requirement for batching or manifesting.
We will be rolling this out to customers from early in the new financial year.
